![]() “Amazing grace, how sweet the sound...” So begins one of the most beloved hymns of all times by author John Newton. If you were to stop and think, what does grace sound like? Grace would sound like peace, rest, comfort, and joy. It certainly would not sound like chaos, angst, or confusion. If you find yourself surrounded by all of the uneasy noise of life this week, find a quiet place to remember the sweet sound of amazing grace. It's a reminder that you can find all you need in the presence of God.

![]() [Matthew 24:4] "And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you." We live in a culture that teaches us we have to pander to trends and other ideals that contradict the word of God. If we do not, we risk becoming irrelevant or could potentially offend someone. We can't mirror culture in order to achieve the goal of gaining bigger church crowds, offerings, or egos. As Jesus states, "We must never be deceived" by ourselves, others, or the enemy. This week, guard yourself from anything that steers you away from the truth of God. |
